Terms and Conditions

Audio Tunerz provides the following professional car audio services:

• Car audio system installation and integration
• DSP (Digital Signal Processor) tuning and calibration
• Custom fabrication and enclosure building
• Acoustic damping and sound-proofing
• System upgrades and consultations

• Mandatory Appointments: All services require prior appointment booking. Walk-ins may not be accommodated.
• Consultation: Initial consultation is required to assess your vehicle and audio requirements.
• Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice may result in cancellation fees.

• Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Advance Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking and commence work.
• Final Payment: Balance payment must be completed before vehicle delivery.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, and digital payment methods.
• Price Changes: Prices may change if additional work or parts are required beyond the original scope.

• Installation Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on our installation workmanship.
• Product Warranty: Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or water damage.
• Tuning Adjustments: One complimentary DSP tuning adjustment within 30 days of installation.

• Vehicle Condition: We take utmost care of your vehicle during service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Inspection: Vehicles will be inspected before and after service. Any concerns should be reported immediately.
• Valuables: Please remove all valuables from your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Insurance: Your vehicle insurance remains your responsibility during service.

Audio Tunerz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use of vehicle beyond reasonable repair time
• Damage caused by electrical issues in the vehicle's existing system
• Issues arising from customer-supplied parts or equipment
• Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or theft after service completion

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and requirements
• Disclose any existing electrical or audio system issues
• Follow care and usage instructions provided after installation
• Not tamper with or modify the installed system without consultation
• Report any issues promptly within the warranty period

• Custom Tuning: DSP tuning profiles and custom configurations are proprietary to Audio Tunerz.
• Photography: We may photograph your installation for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please inform us if you object.
• Reviews: Customer reviews and testimonials may be used for promotional purposes.

• We collect personal information only for service delivery and communication
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent
• We maintain confidentiality of your vehicle and contact information
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

Audio Tunerz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Led by Mr. Imthiyaz Hussain Shaik Votkuri with 20+ years of expertise in car audio engineering. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

• Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts
• These terms are governed by the laws of India
